This policy describes how RogueShop handles information submitted through the early-access form on this website. RogueShop is in development; this policy does not yet describe the future shop platform.

Information we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect the name and email address you enter, your optional business category, the date and time of signup, and your consent to receive updates. We use a temporary session cookie to protect the form against automated submissions.

What we use it for

We use your details to tell you about RogueShop's development, early access and launch. We don't sell your contact details to third parties. Your email is not added to unrelated marketing lists.

Where information is stored

Early-access submissions are stored on our website server in a non-public, access-restricted file. The hosting provider may process technical connection logs separately to run and protect the site.

How long we keep it

We retain your signup while the launch updates remain relevant or until you request removal, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving launch communications, by writing to hello@rogueshop.app. Each update email should also include a way to opt out.

Changes

We may update this policy as RogueShop develops. The latest version will appear here with a revised effective date.
